Question: Describe the transformation from contractor to permanent staff member at Axiologik.
For me, it was straightforward. I'd previously contracted through Axiologik on significant engagements, got to know the larger team in and outside of work, and attended some town halls to get a complete picture of the organization, its culture, and its people.
The transition practicalities are smooth, the team immediately makes you feel welcome, the slack channel is buzzing, the in-office events ensure exposure to the broader team, and you are encouraged to meet as many people across the org as you can to absorb what it means to work for Axiologik.
It's great to work for an organisation that can offer me different types of engagements to keep me sharp (as when contracting) while knowing I am part of a bigger team helping to grow a great organisation.
