Welcome:

Axiologik is a digital leadership consultancy specialising in the delivery of large-scale, highly complex digital transformation initiatives. We operate client-side, offering the expertise on behalf of our customers to deliver cost-effective, resilient, and exceptional services enabled by the right technology. 

In this month's newsletter, we will reflect on a month of growth as we explore upcoming events, insight into Service Management, and thought leadership from our very own Co-Founder and Director, Rob Stanger. 

Charity: 

The power of giving back! As an organisation, we care deeply about creating a positive impact in our community. We offer many ways for our people to give back to the community, and we know that these initiatives help us retain the high caliber talent who care about making a difference in the world.

Here is a few charity updates for the month: 

  • We were gold sponsors of the Leeds Digital Ball, which raised funds for the Digital Divide. 
  • Co-Founder and Director Adrian Stanbury raised over £3,600 in his first-ever Leeds Marathon in honor of Rob Burrows; click here. 
  • Some of our Axiologik team spent the morning at Fareshare volunteering; read more about this here.

Events in May: 

  • We are proud sponsors of Yorkshire Sustainability Week and attended the launch this month. 
  • Our marketing team attended Climb23, Leeds Unleashed, and Boycott your bed this month! 
  • We hosted the By-peers event at our offices and are proud to have given them a permanent home. Find out more about By-Peers here.
  • Are you a gamer? Our team hosted a games night in our offices!

Upcoming events: 

  • We are launching 'Health Habitis,' an internal health month! 
  • Our financial and marketing team will be at Fintech North on the 29th of June. 
  • We are hosting a Tech UK roundtable in our offices 
  • We host our first-ever Digital Dinners

 

 

Insight: 

Our Co-Founder and Director, Ben Davison, and Principal Product Lead, Polly Price, gave a talk at the Fast-Flow conference in May, delving deep into the world of team Topologies and fast flow, a Blueprint for a Better Society; both Ben and Polly explain the impact it has when building high-performing tech teams!
